This Is Not a Government Office or Records Custodian. Miami Gardens Residents Directory is privately operated. We cannot retrieve or certify records, verify who occupies an address, or change an official roll. Contact the office responsible for the record instead. Call 911 in an emergency. Anyone facing stalking or harassment should contact local police.
Where to Request a Record
Choose the Miami Gardens route that matches the information you need:

- Printed directories and older households: consult the Miami Gardens city directory collections
- One named person: follow the Miami Gardens resident lookup process
- Record custodians: review the Miami Gardens records offices
- Material that is not online: ask the proper custodian under Florida Public Records Law, Chapter 119 and article I, section 24 of the Florida Constitution

The City Clerk is the central custodian for City Commission and board actions, minutes, contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and other city-created records. The city accepts requests through its online form, email, telephone, or in person, and the form is not mandatory. County deeds, property rolls, court files, marriage licenses, and probate records belong to Miami-Dade offices rather than the city.
